Vietnamese Sauce

Established in 2006, Little Saigon opened its first store in Mission BC with the goal of serving customers MSG-free Vietnamese cuisine made only with the best and freshest ingredients. Since then Little Saigon’s series of MSG-free sauces have found its way into several major BC grocery stores, a testament to Saigon’s dedication in providing Canadian families with healthy options right in the comfort of their homes.

 


Peanut Sauce

Ingredients: filter water, peanut butter, soybeans, sweet potato, modified corn starch, sesame seeds, garlic, wheat flour, salt, sugar, spices, colour, and acetic acid.

Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients: soybeans, water, sweet potato, modified corn starch, sesame seeds, garlic, wheat flour, salt, sugar, spices, colour, acetic acid. May contain traces of nuts.

Fish Sauce

Ingredients: filter water, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), sugar, and vinegar. May contain traces of nuts.

Spicy Hoisin

Ingredients: soybeans, water, sweet potato, modified corn starch, sesame seeds, garlic, wheat flour, salt, sugar, chili pepper, spices, colour, acetic acid. may contain traces of nuts.

Chili Oil

Ingredients: Canola oil, dried chili pepper, garlic infused oil, and dimethylpolysiloxane. May contain traces of nuts.
